Kathy is one of Portland’s all-time top-producing agents with nearly $200 million in closed sales in the last four years alone. In addition to being the Hasson Company’s Top Producer for the last 5 years (2006 - 2010), she had more sales volume than any other independent agent in the Portland Metro area during 2008 and 2009 and has closed nearly $80 million in sales during the past 24 months.

Kathy has approximately 14 years in residential real estate experience, but literally grew up in the industry immersed in a family of residential brokers. After graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communications (minor in biology) from the University of Southern California, Kathy spent approximately 15 years in the business world as a professional directing and leading the marketing and public relations efforts of a variety of entities. She completed course work for a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga, California.

In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s license, Kathy is a Diamond Platinum Member in the Million Dollar Club, the highest membership available, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors.

Kathy has resided with her family in the Portland area for 17 years and is passionate about all the wonderful “perks” that come along with living in Portland, Oregon. She is highly involved in giving back to the community which has become “home” to her and her family.
